Director, Loyalty Strategy Consulting Sales – Central Europe

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior, consultative sales leader to head Loyalty & Customer Engagement Strategy Consulting sales across Central Europe. The role sits at the intersection of strategy consulting and sales, driving high‑impact engagements for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive growth of loyalty and customer engagement strategy consulting sales in Central Europe.
• Lead end‑to‑end sale of consulting engagements, including problem framing, scoping, pricing and closing.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP+), positioning Mastercard as a strategic advisor.
• Sell consulting‑led engagements focused on bank‑wide loyalty, customer engagement and personalization strategies.
• Partner with platform sales, product teams and Advisors & Consulting Services to unlock broader, long‑term partnerships.
• Stay actively engaged during delivery of select engagements to support client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage and develop a healthy consulting sales pipeline in a high‑growth, evolving environment.

Required profile

• Prior strategy consulting experience is essential.
• Proven ability to sell consulting engagements to financial institutions.
• Experience building relationships with senior (VP+) client stakeholders.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with regional ownership capability.
