About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join its Warsaw location. In this role you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and leading a dynamic retail team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving KPI targets and identifying profit‑growth opportunities.
• Communicate daily and weekly sales goals to the team to boost store performance.
• Monitor KPI results and team performance, prepare reports and recommend action plans.
• Control store costs and operations, including inventory management, payroll, office tasks and scheduling.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training and product knowledge sharing.
• Cover the Store Manager’s duties during their absence.
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation meets brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Track record of meeting KPI and sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience managing store operations, inventory and daily administration.
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
