UX/UI Designer

About the role

Flying Bisons is a strategic design and digital consulting company based in Warsaw, delivering large‑scale digital products for enterprises, governments and brands across Europe and the Middle East. The UX/UI Designer will create best‑in‑class user experiences and visual designs for complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create UX and UI design solutions, from user flows and information architecture to high‑fidelity, visually polished interfaces.
• Map user flows, define information architecture, and design wireframes, mockups and fully styled UI components.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements while maintaining visual and interaction consistency across the product.
• Participate in research and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and optimise existing products through continuous analytics‑driven enhancements.
• Produce interactive prototypes, design systems and UI kits to visualise ideas and inspire stakeholders.
• Work with large design systems, maintaining and extending them with new UI patterns and components.
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders and collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives.
• Contribute to international, multidisciplinary teams translating business requirements into engaging design solutions.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects.
• Full understanding of design processes and ability to tailor them to user and client needs.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, responsive and adaptive design, layout, hierarchy and micro‑interactions.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and inclusive design practices.
• Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, colour theory and component‑based design.
• AI‑first mindset and design approach.
• Good written and spoken English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate UX rationale and UI decisions.
• Proactive attitude with problem‑solving capability.
• Extreme attention to detail across user journeys, visual alignment and interactive states.
