Technical Support Engineer – Security & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in security and compliance to assist enterprise customers with complex deployment, onboarding and configuration challenges. You will work within a fast‑paced global environment, ensuring the health of our security platform across cloud, server, endpoint and network infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve intricate configuration issues, providing rapid work‑arounds to minimise service interruptions.
• Analyse deep log data to identify root causes and advise customers on preventive measures.
• Create and maintain detailed runbooks and troubleshooting guides to standardise processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support cloud, server and endpoint security solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in network security engineering, systems administration or enterprise‑level technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft security technologies (at least two of Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft 365 Defender).
• Hands‑on experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory or Azure AD.
• Strong documentation and log‑analysis abilities, able to work under pressure in a matrixed environment.
