Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Capco, a global management and technology consultancy focused on financial services, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles across Capco Poland, from sourcing and interviews through offers and successful hire, while working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer management and successful hire
• Sourcing and engaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and professional networks
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation and fit
• Advise hiring managers on the talent market and help shape sourcing and recruitment approaches
• Manage candidate relationships and the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in technology, consulting, financial services or another professional services environment
• Hands-on sourcing experience and confidence interviewing candidates
• Organized, delivery-focused and able to handle several recruitment processes at once
