Senior People Solutions Analyst (Workday HCM)

About the role

Collibra is hiring a Senior People Solutions Analyst for its People Solutions team, on a fixed-term contract running through January 2028 to cover a colleague's leave of absence. The role reports to the Senior Manager, People Solutions and owns day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules for the global workforce. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workato-based automations and prototype agentic workflows connecting Workday, an applicant tracking system and other people technology systems
• Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules: Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation and Benefits
• Manage the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration
• Develop Workday reports for stakeholders and test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases

Required profile

• Hands-on Workday configuration and integration experience, including Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation or Benefits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
• Comfortable managing Workday security, reporting and complex business process configuration end to end
• Able to explain technical system changes to stakeholders and to work well remotely

Required skills

• Workday configuration and integrations
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or Copilot
• Workato and an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) are a plus

What we offer

• Base salary of 128,000 to 160,000 PLN per year, with no commission eligibility
