System Administrator – Infrastructure & Global Support

About the role

The Customization Group is looking for a System Administrator to keep its on‑premise infrastructure running for teams across the globe, based at the Szczecin site. You will work on networking, systems administration and user support, handling a variety of tasks day‑to‑day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the multi‑site network built on MikroTik and HPE/Aruba equipment, including VLANs and VPN connections.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune) and on‑prem Windows Server environments.
• Provide first‑line support to colleagues in all locations, troubleshooting hardware, network and account issues.
• Investigate root causes of incidents, resolve them and document solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop automation using tools such as Zapier, n8n and MCP to streamline repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in system or network administration, IT support or network operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also considered).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server; basic PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Security‑mindset and methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Fluent in Polish and English and able to work onsite in Szczecin.
