Software Developer (AI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer passionate about building high‑quality, clean, and maintainable code for AI‑driven services. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional backend development experience, enjoys collaboration, and has a genuine interest in data and databases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents with multi‑step reasoning pipelines, tool usage, and RAG‑based decision making.
• Integrate LLM‑powered services, semantic search, and intelligent automation into existing platforms.
• Contribute to scalable architectures for data‑ and event‑driven systems.
• Refactor, improve, and maintain existing codebases.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and Product Owner on task design and technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring AI, and Docker.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI API, Anthropic, local inference) and working with vector databases such as Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant, or Elasticsearch.
• Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (C1/B2+).
