Site Resourcing Lead

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. It is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to act as Line Manager for a team of Site Resourcing Coordinators in Warsaw. The role covers supervision of the team, setup and management of cooperation with multiple sites and sponsors, and coordination of site resourcing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct line management of assigned staff: monitor task completion, engage and motivate team members, conduct performance reviews
• Monitor and supervise administrative aspects of Site Resourcing Personnel: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts and report preparation
• Act as immediate contact and maintain good relationships with Site Resourcing personnel, Sponsors and Sites
• Develop and adjust project guidelines and instructions, and oversee project quality and compliance
• Ensure staff have adequate access, materials and equipment, and provide general and targeted training with quality control
• Coordinate communication within and across teams, work with vendors and partners, and help with vendor negotiations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Study Coordinator, preferably more
• Very good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
• Previous managerial experience is beneficial
• Fluency in the local office language and in English, written and spoken
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally about 2-3 days a month for training and meetings
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
