Senior Clinical Research Associate (Home Based)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is hiring a Senior CRA to oversee and manage clinical trial activities so that they follow protocol, regulatory requirements and industry standards. The role is home-based and based in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial monitoring tasks with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements and GCP standards
• Conduct site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues and support successful trial execution
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting
• Train and guide site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct
• Build relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and guide others
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects at once
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
