Senior UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will take real ownership of user experience on complex digital products. The role emphasizes understanding intricate problems, mapping user journeys, and making informed decisions when requirements are incomplete or conflicting.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of UX for selected areas of complex digital products.
• Translate user needs, business goals, technical constraints and regulations into clear experiences.
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Design complex processes, forms and interactions, ensuring consistency across large design systems.
• Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent or conflicting requirements with stakeholders.
• Present, explain and defend design decisions using research, usability testing and analytics.
• Incorporate accessibility, inclusivity and security requirements into designs.
• Leverage AI throughout the design process, from research to prototyping.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of commercial UX projects with clear individual contributions.
• Solid experience designing user flows, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes for complex platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently from ambiguous problem definition to structured solution.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, product managers and developers.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design and design systems.
• Proactive attitude, openness to changing requirements and practical use of AI in design.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and willingness to cooperate on a B2B basis.
