Senior Specialist – Indirect Tax Operations

About the role

Join the Global Indirect Tax Function to help transform indirect tax compliance using SAP S/4HANA and other advanced technologies. The role supports end‑to‑end tax processes across business units from data extraction to filing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review indirect tax returns for complex and non‑complex entities, including processing, analysis, reconciliations and tax payments.
• Mentor and support Preparer/Specialists in daily compliance and transition activities.
• Monitor regional indirect tax legislation and provide operational advisory.
• Maintain tax workpapers, supporting documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Support indirect tax audits, account aging investigations and GL reconciliations.
• Assist finance transformation initiatives, ITX reporting solution implementation and entity registration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in indirect tax compliance, international tax and audit support.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
