Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking a senior product marketing professional to lead positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market initiatives for its iGaming solutions. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across global markets, working closely with product, sales and other marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute global product marketing initiatives across multiple markets and communication channels.
• Own end‑to‑end project management of complex marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to post‑campaign analysis.
• Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, USP and competitive differentiation aligned with business goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and campaign‑based communication plans, defining priorities, objectives and target regions.
• Support go‑to‑market launches, product expansion activities and strategic business initiatives.
• Create and oversee marketing and sales collateral such as presentations, proposals, one‑pagers, visuals, banners, landing pages and case studies.
• Coordinate video content production for product promotion.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, BizDev, Brand Marketing, PR, Design, Content, Digital and Regional Marketing teams.
• Manage cross‑departmental efforts for exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events and awards.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness and drive optimisation.
• Continuously analyse competitors, market trends and customer insights.
• Support budget planning, allocation and optimisation.

Required profile

• Strategic, market‑oriented professional with proven experience in product marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑channel marketing projects from concept to execution.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for product positioning.
• Experience driving product awareness and supporting sales performance in global markets.
