Consumer Marketing Manager – Personal Health

About the role

In this role you will be an integral part of Philips Poland’s marketing team, leading the consumer marketing for the Personal Health beauty portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive product launches and ensure the brand is positioned as an expert in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement the local marketing strategy for the beauty product portfolio.
• Analyse consumer research, channel trends and competitor information to uncover insights and business opportunities.
• Develop, launch and optimise 360‑degree marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social and in‑store channels within budget.
• Lead new product introductions, coordinating with local and global teams and external agencies.
• Own key financial and growth metrics, managing the profit‑and‑loss account.
• Act as the central liaison between Global Category, Regional Marketing, sales, PR, digital, demand planning and other functions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Marketing.
• 5‑6 years of experience as a Marketing or Brand Manager.
• Proven ability to manage full P&L and budgeting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning consumer insights into strategy.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication skills.
