Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, data‑driven Senior Product Manager to join our mobile gaming team. You will combine strategic thinking with creativity to drive product success, boost user engagement, and shape the core systems of games enjoyed by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Use data analytics to understand player behavior, define KPIs, and run A/B tests to optimize features, mechanics, and monetisation.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
• Set clear, measurable goals, implement feedback loops, and assess product changes on engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Producer to create sprint goals, refine specifications, and track release plans.
• Support the development team during implementation, provide acceptance testing, and fine‑tune features.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience, preferably in mobile free‑to‑play gaming.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Deep understanding of game design principles, user experience, and player psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
