Senior PR Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead global public‑relations initiatives across products, markets and strategic priorities. The role will translate complex B2B and technical topics into compelling stories for international audiences and support the company’s brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR activities for assigned products, markets, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Create high‑quality PR content such as press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary and opinion pieces.
• Develop tailored messaging, narratives and media angles for B2B and technical audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners and event organisers.
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, market announcements, speaking opportunities, industry events, awards and executive visibility initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal and Analytics teams to deliver integrated communications.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across media directories, industry listings and external platforms.
• Monitor PR performance, analyse campaign results and provide actionable recommendations based on Share of Voice, publication quality, sentiment, media relevance and competitor visibility.
• Identify reputational, factual, regulatory or messaging risks and escalate sensitive issues when appropriate.
• Improve PR processes, reporting, templates, workflows and AI‑assisted practices to increase team efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) and Russian at B2 level or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
• Background in iGaming, B2B SaaS, fintech, crypto or another complex, technology‑driven industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with international media and develop targeted outreach.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
