Senior eBusiness & Digitalization Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is looking for a Senior eBusiness & Digitalization Specialist in Warsaw, embedded in the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization. The role supports digital enablement and reliable, scalable electronic data exchange with customers, improving order accuracy, processing speed and customer experience while reducing manual effort and cost. It works in a hybrid setup and partners with internal teams and external service providers to govern a complex, multi-provider eBusiness and EDI landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end eBusiness and EDI landscape, including inbound electronic orders, outbound confirmations, advance shipping notices and electronic invoicing.
• Monitor EDI performance and resolve integration issues to keep order-to-cash operations stable, compliant and efficient.
• Drive adoption of standardized EDI solutions to maximize touchless order processing and minimize manual intervention.
• Partner with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders to onboard, maintain and optimize EDI connections.
• Analyze digital order flow performance and identify ways to improve accuracy, speed and reliability.
• Strengthen governance by standardizing metrics, controls and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in eBusiness, EDI or digital order-to-cash operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and service providers in complex environments.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience managing EDI message flows, integrations or touchless order processing.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and electronic transaction governance.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms, prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives, or exposure to healthcare, medical device or life sciences industries is an advantage.
