Warehouse Specialist

About the role

Envipco is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Specialist to manage daily inbound and outbound operations in its Warsaw facility. The role combines physical handling of goods with inventory administration, ensuring accuracy, safety and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, arrange inventory in designated storage areas, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Stock shelves and racks, pick and pack orders for shipment, and verify incoming shipments against invoices.
• Inspect products for quality, maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems, and conduct cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments according to handling standards and coordinate dispatch with logistics.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols, conduct safety checks and promote a safe‑working culture.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Ability to manage warehouse associates and drivers in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Good physical health; able to lift 75 lb frequently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
