Senior B2B Account Executive – Enterprise Sales

About the role

VTEX is looking for a Senior B2B Account Executive to drive new‑logo acquisition of enterprise retailers, brands and manufacturers in Poland. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing complex re‑platforming projects with C‑level stakeholders—and collaborate with internal teams and system‑integrator partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for Poland in partnership with internal stakeholders, targeting enterprise accounts.
• Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, industry events and joint activities with system‑integrator and agency partners.
• Conduct discovery calls, present VTEX’s digital commerce platform and articulate its value to CIOs, CDOs and heads of e‑commerce.
• Manage full‑cycle enterprise deals, including business case development, solution alignment with pre‑sales, commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and report progress to leadership.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape and client needs, feeding insights back to product and service teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience closing enterprise B2B SaaS or software deals, with a proven record of new‑logo acquisition.
• Experience handling deals of €100 k+ ACV and sales cycles longer than six months involving multiple stakeholders.
• Background in digital commerce technology (B2B or B2C) and success selling through system‑integrators or consultancies.
• Native or fluent Polish and professional English.
• Existing network of retail decision‑makers in Poland.
