Digital Sales Associate (Junior)

About the role

The Digital Sales Associate supports daily digital sales activities under close supervision. You will engage customers through digital channels, prepare basic sales materials and assist with virtual meetings and demonstrations. This entry‑level position offers the chance to apply academic knowledge and develop practical digital selling expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day digital sales tasks following defined procedures.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat or video to provide information and capture needs.
• Prepare basic sales collateral, meeting notes and follow‑up actions.
• Support virtual product demos, presentations and simple proposal work.
• Update customer and opportunity records in the CRM under guidance.
• Make minor pre‑approved changes to systems or processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in lead generation, qualification and digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities to ensure timely progression of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success teams to deliver a consistent experience.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems for reporting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student with theoretical knowledge in business, marketing or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work under supervision.
• Eagerness to learn digital selling techniques and develop consultative skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and record keeping.
