Job description
About the role
The Sales Effectiveness Manager reports to the Global Sales Effectiveness Lead and drives adoption, readiness and execution of strategic non-product-related initiatives across the global sales organisation. Working with Sales Effectiveness, Revenue Enablement, SAM, Product and Operations, the role turns business priorities into practical, community-focused enablement programmes that help colleagues understand and use new processes, tools, technologies and ways of working. It bridges the gap between revenue and business strategy and field execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run enablement programmes for Sales Specialists, Account Managers and Customer Success communities, turning complex initiatives into clear communications, toolkits and learning resources.
- Create playbooks, battle cards, guides, presentations, learning resources, communication assets and executive updates tailored to each sales community.
- Develop adoption plans, track engagement and adoption metrics, collect community feedback and act as a champion for change adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, community meetings and leadership discussions, and coordinate speakers and subject matter experts.
- Coordinate between business sponsors, programme owners and sales communities, and support senior leaders with communications and engagement activities.
- Plan, govern and deliver multiple initiatives at once, tracking actions, risks and dependencies and keeping programmes on schedule.
Required profile
- Experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, programme management, change management and/or commercial operations.
- Experience working with sales teams in a global environment.
- Experience creating enablement content and adoption toolkits, and facilitating workshops and group discussions.
- Experience supporting organisational change or adoption initiatives.
Required skills
- Facilitation and presentation skills, including confident group addressing and strong audience engagement.
- Content development: clear, concise enablement material on product, legal, technology, compliance, strategy, methodology and commercial standards.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Change management understanding and ability to design adoption campaigns.
- Programme execution: organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred: PMO or programme management background, knowledge of enablement platforms, large-scale change experience, and commercial or customer-facing experience. The expected annual gross base salary is 140,700 zł to 211,100 zł, with eligibility for the Annual Bonus Plan.
