Account Manager OEM/EPC – Instrumentation

About the role

ABB is looking for an Account Manager for its Instrumentation Sales team in Poland, reporting to the Head of Sales Instrumentation – Poland. The role develops and manages strategic relationships with selected OEM and EPC customers, identifies new business opportunities and drives growth across the Instrumentation portfolio (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Positioners & Actuators, Digital and Service Solutions). The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term business development strategy for selected OEM and EPC accounts in Poland
• Build, maintain and expand strategic customer relationships through regular customer engagement and business reviews
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and achieve defined sales targets
• Work closely with technical, proposal and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support project execution

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management or business development in industrial automation, process industries or related sectors
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken
• Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer partnerships

Required skills

• Knowledge of instrumentation technologies and measurement solutions is a strong advantage
• Communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer focus
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
