Purchase to Pay Controller

About the role

Join Coloplast's Purchase to Pay and Accounts Payable team, responsible for processing, booking, and paying liabilities for around 40 global units. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across the P2P cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own governance and control over the Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and drive performance across the P2P cycle, including invoice flow, approvals, supplier data quality, and payment execution.
• Provide insight through analysis of key P2P metrics, trends, exceptions, and business risks.
• Support supplier master data accuracy and governance.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Promote the use of Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of P2P processes.
• Experience in managing projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel and preparing reports from large data sets.
• Very good Power BI skills.
