Project Freight Forwarding Manager

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Project Freight Forwarding Manager to lead logistics projects for government and defence clients, focusing on sea transport of equipment to production facilities, primarily in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring on‑time delivery of regular, out‑of‑gauge and sensitive cargo across ocean, air and land modes.
• Capture data to design, cost and price customer solutions, and create process flows for key activities.
• Lead tender processes, develop competitive offers and new logistics concepts.
• Participate in planning and pricing, conduct site visits and coordinate with local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Polish citizenship.
• Proven track record in government/defence logistics.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to work in complex environments.
• Excellent communication in Polish, English and German.
• Strong commercial knowledge and relationship‑building skills.
