Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Maersk Global Service Centre in Poland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to embed an outcome‑driven CI operating model across regional teams. The role focuses on partnering with operations, coaching leaders, and turning improvement opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption of the Continuous Improvement operating model for assigned L3 processes, ensuring consistent use of tools such as MOS, TMW, Bowler, A3 and SQC.
• Participate in daily and weekly management routines, improve review quality, and maintain performance discipline.
• Own L3‑level efficiency initiatives, collaborate with CI Specialists, operations and automation teams to define user stories, review business requirements and ensure solution readiness.
• Coach teams and build CI capability through hands‑on training, standard work and targeted development.
• Monitor process performance, trigger action plans for red metrics and escalate systemic issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience driving efficiency initiatives with measurable business benefits.
• Ability to work closely with automation, operations and transformation teams.
