Product Marketing / GTM Lead
Bnberry
Job description
About the role
BnBerry is a hospitality technology company building products for hotels, property managers and accommodation operators. It is looking for a senior, hands-on Product Marketing / GTM Lead to turn complex hotel-tech products into a clear go-to-market system, from ICP and positioning through launch planning, sales enablement and funnel metrics. This is not a purely content, brand or campaign-management role.
Key responsibilities
- Own product positioning, messaging and ICP: define buyer personas, segments, pain points and decision drivers, and write website copy, landing pages, product one-pagers, demo messaging and campaign angles.
- Build structured GTM plans for new products and features, including launch stages, goals, timelines, channels and success metrics, and lead market validation with customer interviews and message testing.
- Define the measurement framework: track CAC, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, MQL/SQL quality, pipeline contribution, activation, LTV and ROI, and report to leadership.
- Work with Sales on enablement materials such as sales decks, objection-handling guides, case studies, email sequences, competitive battlecards and vertical-specific messaging.
- Run growth experiments across paid, organic, email, SEO, partnerships, webinars and events, and optimize landing pages and funnels.
- Build practical workflows for launch planning, campaign tracking, reporting and messaging updates, and work asynchronously in Notion and Slack.
Required profile
- 7+ years of marketing experience with strong exposure to B2B SaaS, product marketing, GTM or growth.
- Proven ownership of product launches or GTM initiatives for complex, technical, SaaS, AI, travel-tech or hospitality-tech products.
- Strong understanding of ICP, positioning, messaging, segmentation, launch planning, sales enablement and market validation.
- Ability to connect marketing work to measurable business outcomes and to work closely with Product and Sales.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, especially for B2B audiences.
Required skills
- Marketing metrics and commercial analysis (CAC, CPA, CPL, funnel quality, pipeline impact, ROI, revenue influence)
- Product analytics and marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar (a plus)
- Experience with US or English-first markets (a plus)
