Payroll Advisor – Slovak/Czech Language Specialist

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Payroll Advisor to support clients from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The role involves processing payroll‑related administration, answering tax and social security queries, and assisting customers with our payroll software.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll‑related personnel administration and clarify payroll, tax and social security issues.
• Provide solutions to enquiries about payroll accounting software for Slovak and Czech customers.
• Parameterise complex payroll cases and support system setup for existing and potential new clients.
• Act as technical contact for program users and support client‑side employees on payroll matters.
• Participate actively in the development and optimisation of software and service processes.

Required profile

• Very good written and spoken Slovak or Czech.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Initial experience in payroll, HR administration or tax‑related roles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and quick learning of new concepts.
• Customer‑focused mindset with commitment to excellent service.
