Part-time Sales Associate – Kaskada, Szczecin

About the role

Levi’s is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to join the Kaskada store in Szczecin. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style through our iconic denim.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional personalised service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Handle store operations such as cash registers, fitting rooms and stock management.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to learn and develop.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
