Oracle HCM Specialist / BA - SAP SuccessFactors (Remote, Poland)

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a remote Oracle HCM Specialist / Business Analyst focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and SAP SuccessFactors data extraction. The position is remote, but candidates must be physically located in Poland and legally authorised to work there.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Learning: catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• Upload and validate SCORM packages, manage the catalogue structure and content taxonomy, and ensure correct assignment and visibility of training
• Design and develop about 20-30 reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and maintain report documentation, data governance and process documentation
• Migrate data using HDL / HSDL: prepare templates, cleanse and transform data, and validate and reconcile it with business expectations
• Analyse legacy learning data from SAP SuccessFactors, define data mapping and transformation rules, and support migration planning, validation and reconciliation
• Work with integration teams (OIC / IAM) to validate data flows and support learning-related integrations such as user provisioning and content sync

Required profile

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred)
• Experience extracting data from legacy systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and mapping and transforming data
• Ability to analyse source data structures and turn business and data requirements into migration logic
• English communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work across business and technical teams
