Operations Specialist with Spanish

About the role

The European Business Support Center (EBSC) of Marsh is looking for an Operations Specialist with Spanish for its Warsaw office. EBSC took over operations from Marsh Europe so that colleagues can focus directly on clients, covering policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support and more. The role involves processing client insurance policy and benefits data, preparing translations, and supporting onshore administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Collate, review and process data on clients' insurance policies and benefits plans, including preparing the respective translations
• Generate claims ratio reports
• Maintain the quality of data and documents in internal systems and applications
• Support administrators onshore in their daily activities
• Reconcile accounts with insurance companies
• Enter receipts into the system for invoicing
• Request data from clients and browse insurance companies' websites to download data or documents
• Register suppliers

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
• More than 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to improve existing processes
• Proactive, responsible, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• General computer literacy
• An advantage: experience in an SSC/BPO operations environment working with processes
