Operations Manager – E‑commerce & D2C (Remote, EU)

About the role

At Foxelli Group, a fast‑growing e‑commerce and D2C portfolio generating over $20 million annually, we are looking for an Operations Manager to drive efficiency across the organisation. The role is fully remote within the EU and works closely with the COO to streamline processes, improve collaboration and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workflows across teams, identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to standardise processes.
• Maintain and migrate the company’s OKR system from Excel to a dedicated platform, ensuring data accuracy.
• Improve communication flows by summarising managerial meetings and turning insights into clear actionable documents.
• Partner with the COO to pinpoint non‑functional areas, develop action plans and lead strategic operational projects.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring challenges to prevent future roadblocks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations or a similar operational role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
• Proactive ownership of challenges and ability to deliver long‑term solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Required skills

• Asana (or comparable project‑management tool).
• Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with OKR platforms and migration projects.
