O2C Specialist Credit Control with Dutch

About the role

Customs Support Group is looking for an experienced O2C Specialist Credit Control professional who is fluent in Dutch. The role will support the finance team by executing and optimizing credit management processes, focusing on receivable collection and continuous improvement of credit procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect receivables from customers by phone, email and credit management systems.
• Provide internal teams and customers with information on receivable positions and invoices.
• Negotiate and document payment arrangements in the credit management system.
• Manage external debt collection processes.
• Assist in preparing and analysing periodic reports and overviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management roles.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Visma.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Dutch.
