Energy Cost Analyst Assistant (Student Position)

About the role

We are looking for an open‑minded student to support our Energy Cost Analyst team. The role combines invoice processing, data entry and close collaboration with financial controllers across several countries, while offering the flexibility to balance studies and work.

Key responsibilities

• Save energy invoices accurately and on time.
• Transfer invoice data into our database and Excel files.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Controllers and serve clients in different countries.

Required profile

• Active student status, available at least 20 hours per week (Monday‑Friday).
• Intermediate English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Quick learner, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interest in numbers and the energy sector.
• Ability to work remotely but attend the Wrocław office for onboarding and occasional meetings.
