O2C Specialist – Credit Control for UK & IE

About the role

The O2C Specialist – Credit Control will join the Finance team of Customs Support Group, handling end‑to‑end billing and receivables for UK and Ireland operations. You will ensure invoices are accurate, support month‑end closing and contribute to continuous improvement of credit management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect receivables by contacting customers via phone and email, agree and document payment arrangements.
• Manage external debt collection processes and provide receivable position information to internal teams.
• Prepare and analyse periodic reports, support month‑end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and IT to maintain accurate invoicing within service level agreements.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management, Order‑to‑Cash, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Experience in a shared services or international environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English (minimum B2) and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.
