Monetization Specialist

About the role

As a Monetization Specialist at Huuuge Games, you will shape the revenue strategy and performance of our top‑grossing mobile titles. You will work closely with product, marketing and analytics teams to drive player engagement and maximize lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monetization strategies to increase revenue and player engagement.
• Collaborate on product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPI and revenue targets.
• Analyze and optimise pricing models, promotions and monetisation mechanics using data insights.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to align monetisation efforts with product goals.
• Lead or support special projects that enhance the player experience and lifetime value.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Use tools such as Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan and report on activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
• Proven background in product monetisation and marketing strategy execution.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Creative, curious mindset with a solid business orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to own projects from ideation to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
