About the role

The Contact Center Consultant will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing information, support and assistance related to orders, products, services and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities

• Receive, monitor and provide information on order fulfillment
• Give details about products, services and commercial offers
• Inform customers about ongoing marketing campaigns
• Assist in problem resolution, handle complaints and process returns
• Provide technical support for multimedia products
• Verify and complete personal and marketing data during outbound calls
• Conduct market research and marketing studies
• Share information on new products and promotional campaigns
• Invite customers to meetings or events
