About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the claim‑handling process – assess claims, answer queries and communicate promptly via email, chat and social media.
• Apply legal knowledge (training provided) to advise and support air travelers with their rights and options.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English, Arabic and French (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift system (morning, evening or night).
• Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures.
