Junior Product Manager – Rotational Program

About the role

Join Ten Square Games as a Junior Product Manager in a 12‑month rotational program. You will work on three live mobile games, spending four months with each product team, gaining hands‑on experience across the full game lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse player behaviour and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Track key performance indicators, run A/B tests and optimise game mechanics for retention and monetisation.
• Collaborate with Head of Product and Producer to set sprint goals, plan releases and ensure smooth launches.
• Gather and act on player feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement data‑driven strategies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong passion for gaming and player behaviour.
• Proactive, data‑driven thinker who can connect the dots and spot opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
