Junior P2P Analyst - Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses

About the role

Brenntag is looking for a Junior P2P Analyst (Accounts Payable) in Łódź, city centre, working under a hybrid model of three days in the office. The role ensures that Accounts Payable processes run smoothly and on time within the Procure-to-Pay function, supporting operational excellence and good relations with internal teams and external vendors. It suits detail-oriented people who want to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices against company policies, procedures and controls
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed service levels and KPIs
• Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes promptly and in line with KPIs and policies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries
• Identify recurring issues or risks and propose improvements
• Support transition and the creation of standard operating procedures
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in P2P/AP
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Transition experience is an asset
• Team player able to collaborate across functions
• Good verbal and written English
• Experience in a shared service centre, outsourcing or similar is a strong advantage
