Junior P2P Analyst - Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses (French Speaker)

About the role

Brenntag is looking for a Junior P2P Analyst for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses in Łódź, city centre, with French language skills. You will help ensure that accounts payable processes run smoothly and on time within the procure-to-pay function, supporting operational excellence and good relations with internal teams and external vendors. The role is part of a transition environment, so hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is a valuable asset. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices against company policies, procedures and controls
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed service levels and KPIs
• Execute AP and travel and expense processes promptly and in line with KPIs and policies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries
• Identify recurring issues or risks and propose improvements
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in P2P
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Transition experience is an asset
• Team player able to collaborate across functions
• Good verbal and written English and French (minimum B level)
• Experience in a shared service centre, outsourcing or similar is a strong advantage
