Junior EMEA HR Representative (German speaking)

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Junior EMEA HR Representative to support English- and German‑speaking employees across 20 European countries. The role is the first point of contact for HR tickets, email, phone and chat, helping users navigate Workday and related HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist leaders and employees with Workday navigation and promote self‑service usage.
• Escalate complex cases to the Workday functional team after thorough troubleshooting.
• Manage Workday transactions, data corrections and deliver system trainings.
• Dispatch HR tickets to Administration and Payroll teams and support global Workday enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to cooperate, develop skills and enjoy a collaborative environment.

• Workday HR system proficiency.
