Junior Cost of Living Analyst

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Junior Cost of Living Analyst for its Warsaw office. You will be part of a global team supporting the Global Mobility flagship products, researching, analysing and validating survey data. The position is fixed-term, with the possibility of extending the cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Review field survey results submitted by Mercer consultants to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the field survey
• Analyse price movements and support regional research managers worldwide by acting as a contact point for consultants, including discussing data-related questions and explaining findings
• Travel occasionally to conduct a cost of living survey in a specific location

Required profile

• Fluency in English
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Mature, client-oriented approach, independent and confident in communicating with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Around 1-2 years of work experience in a multinational company (a plus)

Required skills

• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a plus)
• Good knowledge of other languages (a plus)
