IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Skywise, a digital services arm of Airbus, is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support the IT infrastructure of its Gdansk office. You will ensure reliable operation of Windows‑based servers, workstations and cloud services for roughly 150 internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Gdansk office IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems and services.
• Provide Level 2‑3 support for users, applications and workstation issues.
• Administer workstation provisioning and configuration tools (SmartDeploy, NinjaRMM).
• Manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, BeyondTrust PAM).
• Create SOP documentation for Level 1 support and oversee hardware lifecycle (procurement, deployment, decommission).
• Maintain inventory, asset configuration records and coordinate third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in Windows Server and desktop administration.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid identity management (Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively in English.
