Human Capital Coordinator

About the role

The Human Capital Coordinator supports employees across Europe throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Working closely with local HC Operations Teams, you will help maintain accurate HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and coordinate onboarding, employment changes, leave programs, and off‑boarding while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HC systems to guarantee data quality and support payroll changes.
• Assist with employee experience initiatives, benefits administration, and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives, leveraging AI and scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Completed studies or vocational training focused on Human Resources.
• First practical experience in HR (internship, working‑student or entry‑level role).
• Open‑minded, strong team player with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday.
• Payroll coordination and benefits administration.
