HR Master Data Management Specialist (German)

About the role

Alcon is looking for an HR HC Master Data Management Specialist who is fluent in German to support associates and managers across multiple countries. The role combines HR guidance, lifecycle event processing, and service‑center support while ensuring compliance with Alcon policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR lifecycle changes such as employment verifications, new‑hire onboarding, employee data updates, and personnel file administration.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
• Support the preparation and implementation of people policies, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality service to associates in line with Service Center SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR operations and basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems, with experience in the French market.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience using Service Center technologies such as ticket, knowledge, chat, email, and document management tools.
• Strong collaborative partnership skills and ability to work under changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter attitude, proactive problem solving, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to confidentiality, process‑orientation, and continuous improvement.
