HR Manager – Krakow

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Krakow. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support cross‑functional teams while minimizing employment‑related risks.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate and improve organisational processes and business performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies.
• Support cross‑functional teams, managing multiple tasks and mitigating HR risks.
• Offer guidance on employee relations, policy application and workplace best practices.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1) – both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a high‑volume BPO or shared‑services environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong ability to interpret data and produce reports for decision‑making.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and collective labour agreements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience using recruitment tools.
