Event Planner

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking an Event Planner to coordinate and implement meeting programs for clients. The role is hybrid, with three days remote and two days in the Warsaw office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and implementation of program logistics to achieve impact.
• Research and manage vendor relationships, ensuring high‑quality selections and legally protective contracts.
• Control program costs, identify savings, review invoices and manage client payment requirements.
• Oversee online registration, venue logistics, vendor performance, and post‑event debriefs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Passion for project, meetings and client management with experience working within budgets.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to develop service‑recovery plans.

• Cvent (event management software).
