EDM Specialist (HR Employee Data Management)

About the role

Air Liquide is seeking an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist to join its HR BSC Europe team in Krakow. You will be the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries and will manage employee data within Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee HR inquiries via ticketing tool, Live Chat, and phone, providing independent resolutions.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to resolve complex issues.
• Identify knowledge gaps, suggest process improvements, and generate service performance reports.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, perform data manipulation, and execute mass data uploads.
• Support other HR functions such as benefits, administration, and payroll as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR service delivery or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Workday HRIS, including data uploads and updates.
