Development Manager – Architecture & DevOps

About the role

As Development Manager for Architecture & DevOps you will lead two specialist engineering squads that shape the technical foundations, reliability and development experience of OrbusInfinity, the flagship enterprise SaaS product. You will provide people‑focused leadership while ensuring delivery visibility, roadmap clarity and alignment with the broader technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Architecture squad, defining technical vision, platform design and architectural governance.
• Lead the DevOps squad, delivering self‑service tooling and infrastructure to empower engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean, prioritized backlog and clear roadmaps for both squads.
• Manage dependencies, risks and cross‑team alignment with Orbus’ technology strategy.
• Foster a culture of shared ownership, continuous delivery excellence and high‑quality engineering practices.
