Deployment Strategist

About the role

WhyHireWrong? is an AI transformation firm that helps enterprises move from discussion to deployment of AI systems. We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions for our enterprise clients, turning strategic goals into scalable, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI deployments from scoping through launch for enterprise customers.
• Translate client objectives into working software and integrations.
• Design, build, and ship API integrations and connect data flows into production.
• Manage complex, cross‑functional projects with minimal guidance.
• Coordinate multiple client stakeholders, align priorities, and drive decision‑making.
• Deliver functional solutions within weeks rather than months.

Required profile

• 3+ years delivering complex technical projects (API integrations, SaaS deployments) for enterprise clients.
• Experience as a founder or early employee at a B2B startup.
• Hands‑on technical fluency with APIs and system integrations.
• Proven track record of shipping products end‑to‑end and working cross‑functionally.
• Senior, client‑facing experience with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Legal work authorization for Poland (no visa sponsorship).
